Responsibilities:
Primary (70%):
1. Optimize HR system and solve human resources issues to meet general objectives.
2. Keep good communication with department managers;
3. Administrate and Implement performance management
4. Provide timely human resources support on *** planning, headcount control and timely recruitment based on demands.
Secondary (30%):
1. Initiate employees training and development; engaged in learning group building.
2. Initiate employees relationship affairs; employees' disciplinary and labor conflicts transaction
