1. 本科以上学历，八年以上合资或外资公司PMC管理实操经验，精通PMC相关工作流程，具有集团化PMC管理经验者优先；bachelor degree or above; more than 8 years' PMC management experience in joint ventures or foreign companies; proficiency in related working procedures of PMC; prior PMC management experience in group companies is highly desired
2. 熟悉生产控制、物流业务流程，丰富的流程管理技能对生产原理能充分理解，熟悉人员的配置及工作量的安排 familiar with production control and logistic process; rich management skills in process; complete understanding of production principles; familiar with personnel allocation and work arrangement.

职位概要Position Summary：
负责LED芯片事业部各工厂的整体产能扩充规划，生产计划及制造执行系统整合工作
In charge of LED Chip BU's overall capacity expansion planning, manufacturing planning and integration of manufacturing execution system
主要工作职责 Major job duties：
生产计划的制定与实施的管理控制；establishment of production planning and management control of of implement
制造产能调配及产能负荷分析；allocation of manufacturing capacity and analysis of loading capacity
各工厂生产计划及物料计划的制订、管理与控制；establishment, management and control of each plant's production planning
生产损耗控制及生产现场服务支持；control of production loss and service support of production sites
MES系统相关管理及报表开发整合工作； management of MES system and development and integration of forms
组织并主持生产计划会议，提供生产计划相关数据及报表；organization and host of production planning meetings; supply of data and forms related to production planning
管理并处理生产计划部门工作；management and processing of work with the production planning department
